The Breakdown: Liver & Skin Detox Vinegar

Liver & Skin Detox Vinegar is for clearing skin and detoxing the liver. It combines equal parts Red Clover, Burdock, and Dandelion in organic Apple Cider Vinegar. All three herbs are classified as alterative herbs, meaning they "[increase] elimination of metabolic wastes through the major eliminatory organs (lungs, lymph, skin, kidney, liver, and bowel) thus improving the body's abilities to heal and function in a healthy manner." - David Winston, RH (AHG).

Apple Cider Vinegar has a long history of being an effective detoxifier. It contains enzymes that flush out buildup in the liver while the acids control growth of Propionibacterium acnes, the strain of bacteria which causes acne.

Red Clover has long been used for its skin healing properties. It boosts circulation which accelerates the body's natural elimination process to move waste that builds up underneath the skin's surface. Also, it's estrogen-like properties slows down effects of aging skin.

Burdock Root detoxifies blood and promotes blood circulation to the skin surface which improves the quality and texture of the skin. It's considered one of the best cleansers in all of herbal medicine for its efficacy in helping chronic skin conditions like acne, eczema, boils, psoriasis, and cysts.

Dandelion is a common liver cleanser. Its oils stimulate the digestive system and aides in the detoxification process. It has also been shown to protect skin cells by inhibiting UVB (UV rays that cause sunburns) absorption from the sun.

DIRECTIONS
Shake the bottle vigorously to break up any sediment, then take 1-2 tbsp as is or diluted in water. Take daily for at least 5 days or until conditions improve.
